How do I return an item?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can select your item from your account at faurelepage.com under My Account / My Orders, or contact us at arthur@faurelepage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You may also send your items to the following address :

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns from outside the European Union must include the mention "Customer Return" on their customs declaration. We advise you use the same carrier as the one who delivered your package in the first place, and that the return be free of charge at its reception. We will never accept returns if there are remaining charges to be paid.
If the above conditions are met, in the event of a refund request, the price of the Item(s) and the delivery costs, shall be refunded by crediting the Customer's bank account, at the latest within fourteen (14) days following receipt by Fauré Le Page of said Items. However, the taxes and duties are non-refundable.
For special orders of Personalized Items made to Customer specifications or clearly personalized, no returns or refunds can be made. However, the Customer shall continue to benefit from the legal guarantees provided for in Article 12 of the GT&Cs.
