A: While our creations are crafted for the “battles” of daily life, we recommend protecting them from prolonged exposure to heavy rain and abrasive surfaces. Additionally, please be particularly mindful of hand sanitizers, perfumes, and cosmetics, as their chemical composition can permanently alter both the canvas and the leather details. To ensure our creations are true allies that withstand the test of time, our signature Scale Canvas (Toile Écaille) undergoes rigorous testing at the Centre Technique du Cuir (CTC). This includes intensive abrasion and flexion tests over thousands of cycles to replicate daily friction against clothing and repeated folding. You can be assured that the canvas is crafted to retain its original shine, suppleness, and structural integrity year after year.
To perfectly complement our resilient Scale Canvas, we carefully select premium full-grain leathers for the handles, straps, and structural trims. These leathers are chosen for their suppleness, strength, and ability to age beautifully over time, reflecting the luxury standards of the Maison.

The measurements provided refer to the base of the creation.
Our signature canvas is highly durable and water-resistant, designed to withstand the
“battles” of daily life. However, to preserve the vibrancy of the print and the leather trim, we
recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heavy rain or abrasive surfaces.
The Maison constantly refines its silhouettes. For our iconic Daily Battle, we have
transitioned to more intuitive sizing. If you previously owned a size 32 or 37, I would be
delighted to help you find its modern equivalent (35 or 41) based on your daily essentials.
While this is unfortunately not possible for every item yet, our artisans are continuously
working to expand our hot stamping service to as many small leather goods as possible. We
appreciate your understanding as we refine our offerings.
If the option does not appear, it indicates that this particular silhouettes design is not
currently eligible for that specific type of personalization.
Absolutely. We offer several ways to make your piece a unique weapon of seduction. You
may choose our artisanal hot stamping for your initials, or adorn your bag with our Initial and
Seduction Medals. You may also personalize your Belts by selecting the buckle of your
choice. Please note that personalized items are crafted uniquely for you, making them a final
sale, and require additional lead time for our artisans.
Import duties and taxes may apply upon receipt of international orders.
These duties & taxes are beyond Global-E’s control as they are set by the Customs Authority of the destination country/location and depend on a number of factors, such as:
Country/location of origin of the purchased product
Local VAT rates
Local import taxes
It will be your responsibility to pay these charges if and when asked to by your local authorities.
Global-E’s guaranteed landed cost shipping service allows you to prepay all taxes and there will be no additional charges when you receive your package – guaranteed!
All you need to do is prepay the duties at the checkout.
If prepayment is supported for your order, then you will be quoted as follows:

If you prepaid your duties & taxes at checkout, your order is covered by Global-E’s ‘guaranteed landed shipping cost service’, meaning that you should not have to pay any further fees.

b) If you have paid this invoice, please send us a copy of the receipt and contact Fauré Le Page customer service; they will coordinate with Global-E to issue a full refund.
International orders are subject to Global-e’s terms of sale, while still respecting your local consumer rights, which remain applicable under your country’s legislation.
Global-e is the service that allows us to deliver your orders worldwide with ease. It handles currency conversion, taxes, and international shipping.
We provide the return label, but it is the customer's responsibility to drop off the package at a DHL service point or to contact DHL directly to schedule a pickup. You can check the DHL website to locate a service point.
The estimated delivery time for any order placed before 1 PM on weekdays is approximately 5 business days, depending on the delivery area. Please note that customs procedures may sometimes delay delivery. It is therefore important to follow the information provided by the carrier to stay informed about the progress of your order.
For your protection, our payment system may trigger an alert. We request a photo ID and, if necessary, a document verifying your billing address to complete the verification. All documents are handled confidentially and are deleted once the order has been processed.
For online orders, VAT refunds are not possible. Only purchases made in person at our stores in France may be eligible for tax-free shopping.
You can place your order as a guest. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will need to track your order via the shipping email.

Screen printing is a demanding artisanal technique that involves applying inks successively, pigment by pigment, through a fabric stretched over a frame. At Fauré Le Page, each of the five ink passes requires millimeter-perfect adjustments to reveal the brilliance of our scales and the depth of our pigments. This legacy of craftsmanship brings our creations to life with vivid, intense colors, exemplifying our dedication to timeless style and precision.
Our canvases are the result of exclusive craftsmanship. Woven from premium cotton and
linen threads, they are delicately coated to enhance durability and flexibility. It is upon this
refined canvas that our signature scale pattern is applied with precision using traditional
screen printing, carried out in France.

Should your companion require a refresh or restoration after a long period of use or an
unexpected accident, please reach out to us at arthur@faurelepage.com. Our workshop
artisans would be delighted to evaluate the piece and offer their expert services.
Fauré Le Page does not offer direct exchanges. If an item does not fully satisfy you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order via our dedicated portal. Once the product is returned, we will process a refund (excluding tax and customs fees). You can then place a new order for the desired item.
For special orders of personalized items made according to customer specifications or highly customized, no return or refund is possible. However, the customer continues to benefit from the legal guarantees provided in Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit your online return request. Items to be returned must be sent in their original condition and packaging, unused, with their tags and purchase invoice.
To register your return, please use our dedicated form. This portal will provide you with the shipping label and, if applicable, the necessary customs documents.
No parcel returned without a prior request made through this form will be accepted.
For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customs declaration attached to the parcel must clearly state that it is a customer return. We recommend using the carrier that handled your original delivery and ensuring that no fees are applied upon receipt. Any parcel subject to fees will be automatically refused.
If the above conditions are met, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items, as well as the shipping costs paid during the initial order, will be made by credit to the Client’s bank account within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt by Fauré Le Page. Taxes and customs duties paid at the time of the initial order are non-refundable.
Customized items, as well as those made of exotic leathers, cannot be returned or refunded. However, the Client still benefits from the legal guarantees provided for in Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Fauré Le Page will not issue a refund for any item that is returned after the deadline, incomplete (e.g. missing accessories), damaged, or soiled. Orders with charges to be paid upon reception of the package will be automatically declined.
Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the item(s) returned.
We take the upmost care in crafting our Scale (Ecailles) canvas, selecting leathers and creating our collections. In the exceptionally rare event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, please report the issue to us via email at arthur@faurelepage.com and attach photos of your item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
