We provide the return label, but it is the customer's responsibility to drop off the package at a DHL service point or to contact DHL directly to schedule a pickup. You can check the DHL website to locate a service point.

No, due to strict regulations and the unique nature of these pieces, sales of exotic leather products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Fauré Le Page does not offer direct exchanges. If an item does not fully satisfy you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order via our dedicated portal. Once the product is returned, we will process a refund (excluding tax and customs fees). You can then place a new order for the desired item.

For special orders of personalized items made according to customer specifications or highly customized, no return or refund is possible. However, the customer continues to benefit from the legal guarantees provided in Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit your online return request. Items to be returned must be sent in their original condition and packaging, unused, with their tags and purchase invoice.

To register your return, please use our dedicated form. This portal will provide you with the shipping label and, if applicable, the necessary customs documents.

No parcel returned without a prior request made through this form will be accepted.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customs declaration attached to the parcel must clearly state that it is a customer return. We recommend using the carrier that handled your original delivery and ensuring that no fees are applied upon receipt. Any parcel subject to fees will be automatically refused.

If the above conditions are met, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items, as well as the shipping costs paid during the initial order, will be made by credit to the Client’s bank account within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt by Fauré Le Page. Taxes and customs duties paid at the time of the initial order are non-refundable.

Customized items, as well as those made of exotic leathers, cannot be returned or refunded. However, the Client still benefits from the legal guarantees provided for in Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Fauré Le Page will not issue a refund for any item that is returned after the deadline, incomplete (e.g. missing accessories), damaged, or soiled. Orders with charges to be paid upon reception of the package will be automatically declined.

Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the item(s) returned.

We take the upmost care in crafting our Scale (Ecailles) canvas, selecting leathers and creating our collections. In the exceptionally rare event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, please report the issue to us via email at arthur@faurelepage.com and attach photos of your item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
