You can manage the use of your data directly from your customer account. To do so:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to the "My Profile" section.

  3. In the "Marketing" section, select "I refuse the use of my email address and data for marketing purposes."

  4. Click "Save" to confirm your choice.

Your decision will be applied immediately, and your data will not be used for commercial purposes.

Creating your account allows you to track your online order directly and access your purchase history and personalized offers. You will also be able to manage your personal information.

Go to your account and then modify your information in the section of your choice using the "update" button in the middle of your screen.
To delete your account, please send us an email request at arthur@faurelepage.com

Click on Forgot Password, then enter your email address and confirm.
We will send you an email to reset your password if we have found an account linked to your email.
If you did not receive a password reset email, please check that the email address you entered is associated with an existing account.

The contents of your shopping basket are kept for 14 days, provided you don’t delete your browsing history and that you use the same browser with cookies enabled. We recommend creating an account and staying logged in so that you never lose out on your favorite items.
