The PayPal 4-installment payment option is available to residents of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United States (with some state exceptions), Australia.

Klarna is available for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands.

For your protection, our payment system may trigger an alert. We request a photo ID and, if necessary, a document verifying your billing address to complete the verification. All documents are handled confidentially and are deleted once the order has been processed.

For online orders, VAT refunds are not possible. Only purchases made in person at our stores in France may be eligible for tax-free shopping.

You can place your order as a guest. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will need to track your order via the shipping email.
You can decide, at any time, to create your account using the email address used for your order. You will then have access to your past order history associated with that same email address.

In the "My Orders" section of your account, you can track your order and check its status.

Once the order has been prepared for shipment, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or modify it.
If you wish to return an item, you can do so within 30 days of receipt via the “My Account / My Orders” section on our website or directly through our returns portal.

Yes, your payment is fully secure. All transactions are encrypted and processed by our certified payment providers (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or your bank), in accordance with international security standards (PCI DSS). Your banking information is never shared with Fauré Le Page nor stored on our servers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay, Apple Pay, Klarna, and PayPal 4x interest-free.
Transactions are accepted in the following currencies: EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, and KRW (the currency depends on your delivery country).

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank. Note that your bank may send you a 3D secure code to verify your identity and confirm your purchase. If this code is not entered, your order will not be verified and therefore will not be processed.
