No, due to strict regulations and the unique nature of these pieces, sales of exotic leather products are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

The estimated delivery time for any order placed before 1 PM on weekdays is approximately 5 business days, depending on the delivery area. The PayPal 4-installment payment option is available to residents of the following countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, United States (with some state exceptions), Australia.

Klarna is available for the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, Netherlands.

For your protection, our payment system may trigger an alert. We request a photo ID and, if necessary, a document verifying your billing address to complete the verification. All documents are handled confidentially and are deleted once the order has been processed.

For online orders, VAT refunds are not possible. Only purchases made in person at our stores in France may be eligible for tax-free shopping.

You can place your order as a guest. By choosing this option, you will not have access to a customer account and will need to track your order via the shipping email.
You can decide, at any time, to create your account using the email address used for your order. You will then have access to your past order history associated with that same email address.

Yes, each piece made from exotic skin comes with a CITES certificate (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora), guaranteeing its authenticity and compliance with international regulations.

Each year, Maison Fauré Le Page unveils two main collections: Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter. Some pieces are offered in limited editions, and exclusives may also be added to the website throughout the year.

Items in limited editions from past collections are not available for special order.

The authentication of our pieces can only be carried out in person, at one of our official boutiques.

Fauré Le Page creations are designed in Paris and manufactured in France, Spain, and Italy, in workshops selected for their excellence and artisanal expertise. Each piece is crafted with the utmost care.

Screen printing is a demanding printing technique that involves applying inks successively, pigment by pigment, through a fabric stretched over a frame, following a highly precise pattern. At Fauré Le Page, each ink pass, five in total, requires millimeter-perfect adjustments to reveal the brilliance of our scales and the depth of our pigments. This technique allows for vivid, intense colors and brings our creations to life on various materials. A legacy of craftsmanship, screen printing exemplifies our commitment to precision and our dedication to transmitting exact gestures, serving a timeless style.

Our canvases are the result of exclusive craftsmanship. Woven from cotton and linen threads, they are then coated to increase durability and flexibility. It is on this canvas that our signature scale pattern is applied with precision using screen printing, carried out in France.

Once the order has been prepared for shipment, unfortunately we can no longer cancel or modify it.

Depending on the legislation in the chosen delivery country, customs duties and taxes may apply. At Fauré Le Page, these potential fees are calculated and collected directly at the time of your order payment. Thus, no additional amount will be requested upon delivery: your order will arrive with no unexpected charges.

  • Avoid exposing your bag to sunlight, heat sources, or wet weather for any length of time.
  • Keep your bag away from anything greasy, and from cosmetics and hand sanitiser.
  • When you are not using your bag, fill it with tissue paper to preserve its shape and store it in its felt dust bag.

If you need to refresh or repair your bag after a long period of use or an accident, do not hesitate to contact us at arthur@faurelepage.com. Our workshop will be happy to offer you its services.

Fauré Le Page does not offer direct exchanges. If an item does not fully satisfy you, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order via our dedicated portal. Once the product is returned, we will process a refund (excluding tax and customs fees). You can then place a new order for the desired item.

For special orders of personalized items made according to customer specifications or highly customized, no return or refund is possible. However, the customer continues to benefit from the legal guarantees provided in Article 12 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to submit your online return request. Items to be returned must be sent in their original condition and packaging, unused, with their tags and purchase invoice.

To register your return, please use our dedicated form. This portal will provide you with the shipping label and, if applicable, the necessary customs documents.

No parcel returned without a prior request made through this form will be accepted.

For returns from countries outside the European Union, the customs declaration attached to the parcel must clearly state that it is a customer return. We recommend using the carrier that handled your original delivery and ensuring that no fees are applied upon receipt. Any parcel subject to fees will be automatically refused.

If the above conditions are met, the refund of the invoiced price of the returned items, as well as the shipping costs paid during the initial order, will be made by credit to the Client’s bank account within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following receipt by Fauré Le Page. Taxes and customs duties paid at the time of the initial order are non-refundable.

Customized items, as well as those made of exotic leathers, cannot be returned or refunded. However, the Client still benefits from the legal guarantees provided for in Article 12 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, Fauré Le Page will not issue a refund for any item that is returned after the deadline, incomplete (e.g. missing accessories), damaged, or soiled. Orders with charges to be paid upon reception of the package will be automatically declined.

Refunds are issued within 14 working days of receipt and inspection of the item(s) returned.

We take the upmost care in crafting our Scale (Ecailles) canvas, selecting leathers and creating our collections. In the exceptionally rare event that you encounter a manufacturing defect, please report the issue to us via email at arthur@faurelepage.com and attach photos of your item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
