Start with panache
The name says it all. First Page evokes the opening page of a novel − one that captures the imagination, sets the tone and invites the reader to turn the page. The bag becomes a beginning.
Fauré Le Page has a singular connection with literature. The first Maison is mentioned in the pages of Alfred de Musset, Alexandre Dumas, Honoré de Balzac and Alexander Pushkin, as both a Parisian landmark and a symbol of prestige. Today, this narrative tradition endures through the Maison’s creations, imagined as fragments of stories to experience, to write and to pass down.
The pistols which had wrought this miracle of accuracy had been given by my mother, and came from the workshops of Le Page. They acquired further renown in the Italian campaign.
